  to accommodate B1/ D1 uses at the ground + 6 floors of 160 units with an atrium. 4 different proposals presented at workshop with 1 finally developed.
• Hayes Creative Quarter, West London.  
  regeneration of former EMI site with 4 residential blocks, a multi-purpose retained building + a refurbished museum-gallery.
• The Mall, Kingsbury.
  4 high residential blocks of 135 units on a circular position linked together to create an internal courtyard.
