The-3.000-sq.m. master plan consists of a band around a former historic site in the west side of Piraeus Port + envisages a recreation + exhibition centre. It will contain the necessary new program and functions to offer an attractive location for a new expansion initiative in a later stage.

The point of departure for the design is a 30’s rail tracks that will be maintained + will connect the new structure. The program demanded an independently accessible restaurant, a major exhibition space - to be used jointly or separately from the restaurant + a cafeteria at the front part.

A metallic box of zinc-clad elements creates interesting visual + spatial experience on board, a landmark as seen from the sea.
